Schlüter®-DITRA-HEAT is a system for electrical under floor and wall heating that creates comfortably warm tile and stone coverings. This lightweight and waterproof backerboard with a fleece surface can be fastened to the substrate with screws or adhered with tile adhesive. This creates an optimum foundation for tile installation. KERDI-BOARD has official approval as a bonded waterproofing assembly, making it an excellent fit for use in bathrooms. Whether creating a fully waterproofed wall or adding finishing touches such as a bench or shelving, there are multiple uses for this substarte, which is available in seven different thicknesses.
